Стример заключает соглашение с платформой посредством принятия условий этой Оферты и использует сервис исключительно для получения донатов через Платформу. Агент не несет ответственности за любые действия стримеров, содержание их контента или соблюдение ими законодательства, включая налогообложение и авторские права. Все платежи проходят через платформу и учитываются в личном кабинете стримера. Термин "Агент" применяется ко всем финансовым операциям, проводимым через платформу, включая донаты, супер-донаты и любые дополнительные платежи.'})}),e.jsx("li",{"data-list-text":"2.3.",children:e.jsx("p",{children:"Условия являются публичной офертой, адресованной кругу лиц, требования к которым установлены определением термина «Пользователь», изложенным в разделе 1 Условий, в соответствии с пунктом 2 статьи 437 Гражданского Кодекса Российской Федерации. При этом совершение вами указанных в Условиях действий является подтверждением согласия (акцептом) лица, желающего использовать Сервис, присоединиться к Условиям. В части оферты новая версия Условий вступает в силу с момента ее размещения в сети Интернет по указанному в настоящем абзаце адресу, если иное не предусмотрено новой версией Условий, а в части действующего договора с Пользователем – с момента акцепта Пользователем соответствующих изменений, в том числе путем совершения им действий по дальнейшему использованию Сервиса после таких изменений. Сроки проведения внутренней проверки оценки действий Пользователя устанавливаются Сервисом индивидуально и могут быть продлены по усмотрению Сервиса. Уведомление о приостановлении пользования учетной записью размещается в Личном кабинете Пользователя."})}),e.jsx("li",{"data-list-text":"4.2.5.",children:e.jsx("p",{children:"В случае если по результатам проверки, указанной в п. 4.2.4., Сервис придет к выводу о том, что действия Пользователя носили вредоносный и противоправный характер, учетная запись может быть удалена (прекращение Соглашения в одностороннем порядке и внесудебном порядке). Мы вправе рассматривать все действия, которые происходят в связи с Вашей Учетной записью Пользователя, как совершенные с Вашего ведома и разрешения. исключительно для перенаправления других Пользователей на страницы других доменов за исключением случаев, когда иное допускается IHAQ DONATE в соответствии с отдельными соглашениями, заключаемыми Денежные средства перечисляются в полном объеме, за вычетом суммы пользования Сервисом и сумм, взимаемых обслуживающими Банками в соответствии с установленными Тарифами (комиссиями) Банков.
